Manomet Point and Cape Cod Canal 12-1-16

Post by RRoller123 »

Jeannie and I had a nice drive down to Manomet Point (just South of Plymouth) and to the Cape Cod Canal yesterday, a rare 60 degree F day in December here in Massachusetts! Her cancer is well under control, although we are not presently winning the pain battle, but the seats are very good for her in the Spider, and thus we get a little respite from the terrors of reality when we are able to take a relaxing drive.

Well that's a beautiful smile. Looks like a good time! I'm going to keep driving mine too in the winter as long as there is no snow or ice.

No salt yet!!! Hope it holds off for another few weeks, but that might be a dim hope. The Spider has been a real source of comfort during awful times; it provides a small, and simple escape that is so easy to overlook, underappreciate.

Headed over to explore the nooks and crannies of the Marion area on the west side of Buzzards Bay today. But not in the Spider, too cold, and want to take Goofus dog with us.
