Trunk lock orientation
Hello all! About a year ago the trunk lock on my '81 literally fell apart after opening it up. Lucky. I've been using a screwdriver to pull the release arm ever since. A new lock has arrived from Vick's but I can't remember what the orientation is, or which way the key should turn to release everything. I'm hoping someone has a photo (taken from the inside of the trunk) they could post or a direction they could point me in? Lots of old posts on drilling trunks open, but I couldn't find anything on a fresh install. Thank you kindly!

Re: Trunk lock orientation
on my '80, the key turns CCW about 60 degrees to open. Starts from the vertical.
