Maybe someone can help out my fading memory. I seem to remember someone posting about a set of bushings they had for removing broken bolts or screws. The premise was that if you have any thread at all above the hole, or if the bolt breaks below the hold, the bushing(s) had a male thread at one end and a female at the other with a drill guide hole through the centerline. you could then use any remaining thread that was accessible to centre the bushing.
I've googled and searched the forum, and talked to a machinist friend, but can't find these. Does it ring a bell with anyone?
TIA,Tim
