Excuse my ignorance, and I think I already know the answer to this question...The rubber on my injectors is badly cracked, so I started shopping them. IAP has them for $189.50 a piece, 'Bosch'. And I found a set of four on eBay for $125 including freight 'generic'. I would love to hear feedback!

Re: Fuel injectors
Bob,
What "rubber" are you referring to? There are two seals on each injector, an upper seal that holds the injector in the manifold and protects it from vibration, and a lower, smaller seal that keeps air from leaking into the intake manifold around the base of the injector. Both seals are available as replacements from IAP and other vendors. The plastic "pintle" caps on the very bottom of the injectors can also be replaced. There is no reason to replace an injector unless the electric coil inside the injector has gone bad causing it to fail to open/close. A resource I generally recommend to have your injectors cleaned/repaired is http://www.witchhunter.com

Re: Fuel injectors
Bob, are you talking about the O-rings? IAP sells them, but they want $9 apeice. Too Much.
A local speed shop could probably help you with this, but I would follow Johns lead and get them cleaned at the same time.
This is another option for ultrasonic cleaning. http://www.cruzinperformance.com/learnmore.html
They charge $16-18 per injector and they come back beautiful and with new seals and paint. One of the last great deals still left in America.

Bob,
I used Cruizin twice so far and have been happy with their results. Here is a link to my Injector Spec Sheet.

Re: Fuel injectors
Although I prefer to purchase parts from our Fiat suppliers, I found a generic injector seal kit at AutoZone. It is in the "help" card area of the store. Card # 90100 costs about $10 and contains upper and lower seals for 6 Bosch injectors. I have used them successfully.
