Replacement Soft Tops

There seem to be quite a few suppliers of replacement tops, varying in price from about $200 - $300 on ebay, up to about $700 at some of the suppliers mentioned in these Forum postings.

Can anyone tell me their stories ? where they bought ?, did they fit ?, safe suppliers or horror stories ?

I'm looking for a fabric top ( canvas? not vinyl) for a 1980 spider 2000.

I've been extremely happy with the canvas top I bought from Bayless (altho it's down most of time). You can see it at website linked below.

One outfit I was looking at are in panorama city CA and tops are reputedly branded / made by- EZON AUTO TOP CO ????

I've never heard of them. The first decision should be canvas or vinyl, that's where the big difference in price comes in.

An Ebay price of $300 is no bargain. Especially if you know not with whom you are dealing.

Those prices can be had from our standard vendors.

Like Mark said, decide on vinyl or canvas first. Then start your research.

Advise you STRONGLY to search the archives on many threads dealing with tops and vendors. Word.
