32 ADFA Rebuild Kit

The local Napa tells me they have a rebuild kit for my carb and it's $32. Is there any reason to think this rebuild kit would be any different then say the one you'd buy from Bayless or any other vendor?

It sounds expensive to me...inspect it before you buy it to make sure it's not very old (shelf life) because there are some little rubber seals inside that can harden with time.

I've got another import place looking for the same kit so we'll see what they come up with.
