Hi, I don't think this classifies as engine problems, but I don't know where else to put it. Today I put the key in my 1978 Fiat Spider and it just wouldn't budge. The steering wheel was locked, and after a little finagling I got it to turn. This happened about 5 more times and now it just won't move. I have to keep the key in the ignition because if I take it out it will lock up. Is there any way I can fix this?
Thanks,

Broken Ignition Switch
Re: Broken Ignition Switch
the ignition switch has a deadbolt that engages the steering wheel. you have to sometimes turn the wheel right or left to free up that dead bolt. don't force the key, you will break it
