"where does it connect to on these cars."
Spiders were made for over 20 years with rolling changes, be more specific about the year. The wiring diagrams are all over the net. Google "Brad Artigue"

so its run off the distributer like most cars? at least thats what i could make of the Brad Artigue and other wiring diagrams that i had. although i still can't quite figure out why mines isn't running.
so when i had the battery tender/charger on the battery the other night and i turned the car to on it made the tach jump to 3 or 4k and sat there. although the battery positive wasn't getting a good connection. the tach obviously works but i can't seem to figure out why it isn't getting the correct working signal.
so rather than you tell me what my car year is connected to. can you tell me what the tach is connected to in other years. i have a 1981 but i have a carb'd engine so im different than other years.
